About Plage de Bagheera
Plage de Bagheera is the long sand beach in front of the Bagheera naturist holiday village at Bravone, in the commune of Linguizzetta on Corsica's flat east coast between Aléria and Moriani. The coast here is a straight line of fine sand and low dunes that runs for several kilometres, with a chain of naturist resorts (Bagheera, Corsicana/Tropica and Riva Bella) each fronting its own stretch. The section in front of Bagheera is fully naturist and is used mainly by the village's guests, with the facilities and lifeguard cover that come with the resort in summer. South of the village the beach continues as a quieter, wilder public stretch. The sand is fine, the sea shelves gently and is generally calm, so it suits families and children, and the long shoreline makes for good walks. In Corsica nudity is generally tolerated only near the naturist centres, which is why this part of the coast concentrates so much naturist use.
Getting there
Bagheera is signposted from the T10 east-coast road at Bravone, south of Linguizzetta. Non-residents can reach the beach by following the signs to the seaside restaurant (its car park is for customers) or by using the village's paid car park, which gives direct access to the sea. Alternatively, walk along the shore from the neighbouring public beaches. Access by car is described as awkward. Check with the village about day access in high season.
What visitors say
Beach guides describe a long, clean, gently shelving sand beach that is fully naturist in front of the village and wild and quiet further south. Little independent visitor feedback specific to the beach was found beyond the resort's reputation; access by car for non-residents is the main reported difficulty.

Legal context
The beach in front of the Bagheera village is used as a naturist beach by the resort; we did not find a municipal order or official tourism page confirming its status (checked 2026). Beach guides note that in Corsica naturism is generally tolerated only near naturist centres. In France simple nudity is lawful only where it is authorised or customary; elsewhere it can be prosecuted as sexual exhibition (Code pénal art. 222-32) or breach a municipal order.
Naturism at Plage de Bagheera sits under France's rules for traditional tolerance — custom more than statute.

Researched 25 October 2026. No official source confirms naturist status, so treat it as unverified.
