About Naturistbad / hundbad havsbad
Yngsjö is a coastal village on Hanö Bay in Kristianstad municipality, just north of Åhus. Its sea bath sits on a long, shallow stretch of fine sand backed by pine woods, which runs south towards Åhus. Kristianstads kommun's beach information mentions a naturist bathing area at Yngsjö. The municipality also uses that spot as one of its two designated dog beaches, the other being at Vantmansvägen in Södra Äspet. The record is pinned about 2 km south of the main Yngsjö havsbad, on the same continuous beach. A 2018 German FKK-guide roundup also lists 'Yngsjöbadet' among Sweden's naturist beaches. Sources do not describe signs or the exact boundaries of the naturist section. Expect a quieter stretch away from the main access point, shared by naturists and dog owners. From 15 May to 15 September, dogs are banned from the municipality's other beaches, so this end can be busy with dogs in summer.
Getting there
From Kristianstad, take road 118 towards Åhus and turn off for Yngsjö. Yngsjö havsbad has about 200 parking spaces next to the beach, with toilets and pushchair access. Skånetrafiken bus 551 (Kristianstad–Åhus–Furuboda) stops at Yngsjö Byvägen. From the main bath, walk south along the beach to reach the naturist and dog area. The sand is flat, but no route is surfaced.
