About Cezar Naturyzm Bielsko-Biała
Cezar (Sauna Cezar, also styled Cezar Naturyzm Bielsko-Biała) is a small privately run naturist centre on ul. Ciesielska on the edge of Bielsko-Biała, at the foot of the Beskid mountains in southern Poland. Its hosts, Gosia and Peter, have been involved in naturism since 2002, and the centre links to the Polish Naturist Federation. The core is a wellness area with a heated, year-round indoor pool with underwater massage jets, sauna and jacuzzi, set in a large garden with an outdoor fire pit. Nudity is mandatory in the pool and sauna area and optional in the grounds. Accommodation is varied: a camping area plus around nine room types, from standard rooms and a studio to a forest cottage, a Beskid-style cabin, an apartment and a room with its own sauna. Rooms can be booked without using the naturist facilities, which are charged separately. There is a restaurant in a winter garden and a bar, and the surrounding hills offer hiking and mountain-bike routes. Children are accepted (those over six are charged as adults) but pets are not.
Legal context & local rules
Nudity takes place on private premises, which is lawful in Poland; public nudity outside designated places can be prosecuted as an offence.
Public nudity outside designated areas may violate Article 140 of Poland's Petty Offences Code (indecent antics). Non-sexual nudity in official naturist areas is tolerated; however, unsolicited public exposure can result in fines. Poland's naturist community operates within informal legal recognition, particularly in coastal and lakeside naturist zones.

More naturist places in Poland
View all in Poland →Chałupy Naturist Beach
Chałupy, on the narrow Hel Peninsula north of Gdańsk, has Poland's best-known nude beach, on the open Baltic side of the spit between the villages of Chałupy and Kuźnica. Polish guides place the naturist stretch around beach entrance (zejście) 24. The beach is a long ribbon of fine, clean sand backed by a pine-covered dune, with clear but cool Baltic water that shelves gently; there is no shade and no kiosks or souvenir stalls on the nude section. Its fame goes back decades: press accounts date nude bathing here to around 1960, and Zbigniew Wodecki's 1980s hit 'Chałupy Welcome To' made the village a byword for nude sunbathing in Poland. Since other naturist beaches opened along the coast it is less packed than in its heyday, but it still draws large numbers in July and August, from couples and families to curious day-trippers. The bay side of the peninsula behind the village is a windsurfing and kitesurfing hub with campsites, so the area is lively in summer.
Dębki Naturist Beach
Dębki is a small summer resort in Gmina Krokowa on the Pomeranian coast, northwest of Gdańsk, where the Piaśnica river reaches the Baltic. Its nude beach, sometimes called the 'goła plaża', lies along the open shore away from the village centre; guides put the naturist section from beach entrance 26 onward, about a 40-minute walk from central Dębki. The beach is fine pale sand backed by forested dunes, with the shallow Baltic in front and no shade. Press accounts describe the wider naturist stretch as several kilometres long, which is why it rarely feels full even in peak season, though it is one of the more popular nude beaches on the Polish Baltic. Beyond the last numbered entrances the shore is quiet and natural, with the nearest services back in the village.
Międzyzdroje-Lubiewo Naturist Beach
The naturist beach of Międzyzdroje lies on the Baltic shore of Wolin island, roughly 3 km west of Międzyzdroje's centre towards the village of Lubiewo, which belongs to the same municipality. It is one of the oldest nude beaches in Poland: in the 1970s and 1980s it hosted naturist events such as Miss and Mister contests and beach games. Those have long stopped, but naturists from around the country still come. The beach is a wide strip of fine, pale sand reached through dense coastal forest, which keeps it secluded from the busy resort promenade. Guides describe it as well kept and not crowded, and a sign reading 'Plaża Naturystów' marks the section west of the resort's guarded beach sectors. A coastal cycle path runs behind the shore, and cyclists on route apps call it the liveliest part of this stretch of coast. Families visit as well as couples and singles. There are no facilities on the nude section itself, so bring water and food.
Piaski Naturist Beach
Piaski is the last village on the Polish part of the Vistula Spit (Mierzeja Wiślana), about 11 km east of Krynica Morska and just short of the border with Russia's Kaliningrad region. Its beach is the most easterly on Poland's Baltic coast and lies within the Vistula Spit Landscape Park. The shore is open fine sand, backed by a dune and pine forest, with several access paths through the trees. The naturist section is centred on beach entrance no. 11 and stretches both west and east of it, away from the village's two lifeguarded bathing areas. Because Piaski is so remote, the beach is quiet even in July and August, windbreaks are rare and there is plenty of space; families with children use it as well as couples. Guides describe it as clean and calm in and out of season. Two seasonal beach bars sell drinks, ice cream and light meals near the main access, but nothing is available on the nude stretch itself.
