About Rishavn

Rishavn is a small beach on the Korsneset peninsula just outside the village of Krokeide in Fana, about 25 km south of central Bergen. It is used mostly by naturists, who sunbathe on the smooth rocks and swim in the sheltered fjord water. The shore slopes gently into the sea and there are no lifeguards. Toilets are reported nearby. Expect changeable west-coast weather, even in summer.

This Norway naturist beach is a clothing-optional place in a traditionally tolerated setting. Families are welcome.

Legal context

Naturism at Rishavn sits under Norway's rules for traditional tolerance — custom more than statute.
