About Punta Parreño
Parreño is a small cove of golden sand tucked between cliffs in the Calblanque Regional Park, east of Cartagena in Murcia, one of the best-protected stretches of coast in the region. FEN gives it as about 300 m long, with moderate surf and few people. All the Calblanque beaches see plenty of nude bathing, and it increases the further you walk from Playa Larga, the beach nearest the main car park. Going right (facing the sea) you first reach Negrete, mixed clothed and nude, then Parreño, which is more private and largely nude. There are no buildings in the park; FEN lists a lifeguard in season but no showers.
Getting there
On summer weekends (around 10:00-19:00) cars must be left at the car park near the main road and a paid shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes into the park; one bus serves zone 1 (Calblanque), the other zone 2 (Negrete, for Parreño). Arrive before the restriction starts to drive in. From Negrete walk along the coast to Parreño. The visitor centre at Las Cobaticas has current rules.
Amenities
Legal context
Spain has no national law against public nudity. Parreño is a FEN nudist-tradition beach inside Calblanque Regional Park, where summer access is regulated but nudity is not (checked 2026).
Naturism at Punta Parreño sits under Spain's rules for de facto tolerance — usually left alone if you keep it non-sexual and low-drama.
Full country law: Spain public nudity guide.
Naturist status confirmed against an official source on 24 October 2026.
