About Praia de Seráns
Seráns (Serans) is a small, isolated sandy beach of about 200 m on the Atlantic coast of Porto do Son (A Coruña), inside a Natura 2000 protected area. Vegetation runs down to the sand, and the beach stays lonely even in high season. Waves and wind are usually strong, so swimming needs care, and there is no lifeguard. Guides commonly list it as a nude-tradition beach. There are no facilities.
Getting there
The beach is close to the AC-550 coast road; leave the car by the road and walk a short, easy path down through the vegetation. There is no formal car park and no services, so bring water and shade.
Legal context
Spanish law does not prohibit public nudity, and FEN notes that nudism is legal on any Spanish beach; this beach is on FEN's list of beaches with a traditional nude use. No local restriction is known (2026).
Naturism at Praia de Seráns sits under Spain's rules for de facto tolerance — usually left alone if you keep it non-sexual and low-drama.

Naturist status confirmed against an official source on 24 October 2026.
