About Playa Punta Prima
Punta Prima is a resort beach at the south-eastern tip of Menorca in Sant Lluís, facing the Illa de l'Aire and its lighthouse, which shelters the bay. The beach is white sand, about 120 metres long and fairly deep, with clear, usually calm water, and it is backed by the holiday development of Punta Prima. It is busy in summer and has lifeguards. The Spanish Naturist Federation lists Cala de Punta Prima among its beaches of nudist tradition, but other sources do not support this: a 2024 report in a Menorca newspaper groups Punta Prima with urban beaches whose nudist history is doubtful, and general guides describe it as a family resort beach. Naturists looking for a nude beach in Menorca are generally pointed to places such as Binigaus, Cala Pilar or Cales Coves instead. If you bathe nude here, keep to the rocks at the edges and expect to be among clothed families. Note: the Spanish Naturist Federation is the only source we found that reports nude bathing here, and other guides do not mention it. Nude use may be occasional or limited to the quieter end, so expect most visitors to be clothed and check on arrival.
Getting there
Punta Prima is a resort on the south-east coast of Sant Lluís. The beach sits directly in front of the resort's streets, so it is easy to reach on foot from accommodation nearby; spain.info classes the area as semi-urban and the beach as heavily used in summer.
