About Playa de Sant Adeodato

Sant Adeodat (Sant Adeodato) is a sandy beach on the south coast of Menorca in Es Migjorn Gran, just west of the Sant Tomàs resort and running on towards Binigaus. FEN records it as about 490 m long, with white sand, calm water, a lifeguard and high use, in an urban setting. It is a popular family beach with a beach bar. FEN includes it on its list, but other guides place the island's nude bathing on this coast mainly at Binigaus, at the western end of the same sandy stretch, reached on foot. Note: the Spanish Naturist Federation is the only source we found that reports nude bathing here, and other guides do not mention it. Nude use may be occasional or limited to the quieter end, so expect most visitors to be clothed and check on arrival.

Getting there

Drive to Sant Tomàs from Es Migjorn Gran and park in the resort; the beach is a short walk west along the shore. To reach Binigaus, where nude bathing is more common, continue west on foot along the sand and the Camí de Cavalls path.

Legal context

Spain has no national law against public nudity. Menorca has no officially designated nude beaches; FEN lists Sant Adeodat as nudist-tradition, but it is a busy urban beach where most visitors are clothed (checked 2026).

Naturism at Playa de Sant Adeodato sits under Spain's rules for de facto tolerance — usually left alone if you keep it non-sexual and low-drama.
