About Playa de San Antolín
San Antolín, also called Portaquinos, is the longest beach in the Llanes municipality of eastern Asturias, near the village of Naves. It stretches about 1.2 km, with a mix of gravel and pale sand, and the Bedón river (also called Las Cabras) flows out onto it. A road viaduct crosses the valley at one end, and people bungee-jump from it. The beach faces the open sea, the surf is often strong and windy, and it is considered dangerous for swimming, though surfers like it. Facilities, including showers and the car park, are grouped at one end, and lifeguards cover the main area in season. Nude bathers usually gather at the far end, away from the access, while the area near the car park is mainly clothed. From the end of the beach a path leads towards Naves and the curious inland beach of Gulpiyuri, which the sea fills through an underground channel. Torimbia, another well-known nude beach, is nearby.
Getting there
Turn off the N-634 or A-8 near Naves; you can park almost on the beach. From the car park, walk along the sand to the far end for the nude area, a walk of up to about 1 km on mixed gravel and sand. The path towards Gulpiyuri is in good condition and not long.

Legal context
Spanish law does not prohibit public nudity, and FEN notes that nudism is legal on any Spanish beach; this beach is on FEN's list of beaches with a traditional nude use. The main area is clothed. Nude bathers keep to the far end by custom, not by any signposted rule (2026).
Naturism at Playa de San Antolín sits under Spain's rules for de facto tolerance — usually left alone if you keep it non-sexual and low-drama.
