About Playa de Güi- Güi Grande
Güi-Güi Grande is one of two remote beaches on the west coast of Gran Canaria in La Aldea de San Nicolás, inside the Güi-Güi Special Nature Reserve. Güi-Güi Chico and Güi-Güi Grande each sit at the mouth of their own ravine, under high, bare cliffs, and no road reaches either. Güi-Güi Grande is a strip of dark sand roughly 360 m long with moderate swell. Because getting here takes a long hike or a boat trip, the beach stays quiet, and the people who make the effort are mostly hikers, campers and nude sunbathers; nudity is the norm. There are no facilities of any kind.
Getting there
The usual approach is a demanding hike from Tasartico, at the end of a dirt road off the GC-200: guides put it at about 5 km each way (2–3 hours) over a high pass, steep and unshaded. You can also reach Güi-Güi by boat from Mogán or Arguineguín. Bring plenty of water, sun protection and food, and avoid the hike in the midday heat. There is no adapted access.
What visitors say
Visitors consistently describe Güi-Güi as one of Gran Canaria's most rewarding wild beaches, but say the hike is tough and hot and should not be underestimated. Nudity is normal once you arrive. People recommend early starts, lots of water and checking boat options if you would rather not walk back.

Legal context
Spain has no national law against nudity in public. Güi-Güi is used nude by custom and is listed by the Spanish Naturist Federation. It lies in a Special Nature Reserve, so environmental rules apply, including restrictions on camping.
Naturism at Playa de Güi- Güi Grande sits under Spain's rules for de facto tolerance — usually left alone if you keep it non-sexual and low-drama.
