About Zelená voda
Zelená voda (Green Water) is a flooded gravel-pit lake and resort about 2 km from Nové Mesto nad Váhom in western Slovakia. Around the water are a hotel, bungalows, a campsite, a beach bar and courts for tennis, beach volleyball and minigolf, and the town monitors bathing-water quality each season. Wikipedia's list of Slovak places used for nude bathing includes Zelená voda, but the main beaches are family areas and no current source marks a nude section. Use quiet parts of the shore only, and swim with care, as the lake is large.
This Slovakia naturist beach is a clothing-optional place in a traditionally tolerated setting. Families are welcome.
Legal context
Naturism at Zelená voda sits under Slovakia's rules for traditional tolerance — custom more than statute.
