About FKK Stolac beach

Stolac is one of the naturist beaches of Lopar, the sandy north-eastern corner of the island of Rab. It lies on the wild, wooded coast of the San Marino peninsula, about ten minutes from the San Marino hotel village. The Rab tourist board describes it as exclusively FKK, with no swimsuits allowed, and as a hidden spot in untouched nature where you can pick your own piece of rock or patch of sand. Neighbouring coves along the same stretch, including Sahara and Ciganka, are also known naturist beaches, so the whole shoreline here has a strong FKK character. Unlike Lopar's famous shallow family sands at Rajska plaža, Stolac is undeveloped: expect rocks interspersed with small sandy patches, clear water, and no services on the beach itself, with pine and macchia giving some shade behind. It suits visitors who want a quiet nude-only beach and are happy to bring their own supplies.

Getting there

Stolac is on the San Marino peninsula north of Lopar village. From the San Marino hotel and camp area it is roughly a ten-minute walk along coastal paths; many visitors also arrive by boat. Parking is at the San Marino/Lopar beach area rather than at the cove. Paths are uneven and descend over rock, so the beach is not suitable for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility.
