About Elsendorp Naturistencamping
Naturistisch Recreatiepark Elsendorp is a commercial naturist holiday park just outside the village of Elsendorp in the east of Noord-Brabant, set in more than 20 hectares of woodland and heath. It is built around a natural swimming pond with a large sandy beach, a play island and a sunbathing lawn with a water slide, and also has an indoor pool and a sauna (with sauna evenings on set days). The NFN's BlootKompas listing counts about 192 camping pitches and around 150 chalets, many of them privately owned and used year-round, plus rental chalets, safari tents and lodges. Pitches have electricity, and there is a laundry, an electric-car charger and a motorhome waste point. Restaurant De Oase, a snack bar and a small supermarket cover food, and there are tennis and boules courts, a sports field, table tennis, a youth room and a playground, with an animation team for all ages in high season. The park holds the Dutch naturist federation's Prettig Bloot label for respectful, safe naturism. Day visitors are welcome to use the beach and pool. Winter camping is possible, though most facilities run from April to October.

Nude recreation in designated areas is legally permitted under Article 430a of the Wetboek van Strafrecht (Dutch Criminal Code). Municipalities formally designate suitable locations for nude recreation, creating a unique legal framework where public nudity is technically restricted but carefully regulated through local government designation.

Getting there and visiting
The park is at Den Heikop 18, Elsendorp, between Gemert and Boxmeer, reached by car via the A73 or N272; public transport is sparse. Day recreation is open daily 09:30-21:30 in season, with entry listed at EUR 10.50 per adult and EUR 7.50 per child under 12 (under 2 free), a family card of EUR 37.50 and season passes from EUR 117.50 (prices seen October 2026). Dogs are not allowed on day visits. The NFN listing states that an NFN or INF naturist card is required. Reception is open 1 April to 1 November daily 09:30-17:00, with shorter winter hours. Stays are booked online at elsendorp.nl.

Baaiegatstrand
Baaiegatstrand is the naturist area of Het Twiske, a large recreation area of lakes, meadows and woodland just north of Amsterdam, between Zaandam and Purmerend, in the municipality of Oostzaan. Since 2011 the naturist site has been on an island reached by a wooden bridge, after it moved from the more remote Wezenlandstrand. It covers about 1.7 hectares, mostly sunbathing lawns. Sand runs along about half of the bay side (it was shortened in 2020), and a small new sand beach faces the Stootersplas lake. The bay is separated from the lake by a timber barrier and has a gently sloping bottom with a roped swimming zone up to 1.4 m deep and many water plants; on the Stootersplas side the bottom drops off steeply and suits experienced swimmers only. Tall planting hides the area from view except at the entrance. Facilities include a toilet, bins, bicycle racks, a volleyball court and two boules pitches, and dogs on a lead are allowed on the rear part. A New Year's dip is held on 1 January at 14:00.
