About Plaża naturystów. Naga plaża
Rowy is a small resort village on the central Polish Baltic coast, between Ustka and Łeba, where the Łupawa river reaches the sea next to Lake Gardno. East of the village the beach runs straight into Słowiński National Park, and it is on this eastern stretch, inside the park, that one of Poland's best-known nude beaches lies. Because the land is protected, there are no hotels, campsites, restaurants or roads behind it: just a wide sand beach backed by tall dunes and pine and beech forest, which gives it a wilder, quieter feel than most of the coast. The village has a short eastern lifeguarded bathing area (Rowy Wschód); the nude area lies further east, a few minutes' walk from the village centre, and bathers spread out along the park shore. The sand is fine on this side, while the beach west of the village becomes stonier. Entry to the water is gently shelving with some stones. The crowd is mixed, from couples to families, and even in high summer there is plenty of room.
Getting there
Rowy is reached by road from Ustka or Słupsk. Park in the village, then walk east along the shore past the Rowy Wschód guarded bathing area into Słowiński National Park; guides put the nude stretch a few minutes' walk from the village centre. No vehicles or buildings are allowed in the park, and the walk is over soft sand, so access is hard for wheelchairs. National park rules apply: stay off the dunes and use only marked paths.
What visitors say
Reviews of Rowy's beach on Polish travel sites are overwhelmingly positive, praising the width, clean sand and room to spread out even in peak season. Guides single out the eastern stretch within the national park as quiet, secluded and among the most popular nude beaches in Poland. The few complaints concern the village rather than the beach: litter, prices and traffic on the main road in high season, and long walks from some lodgings.

Polish law does not prohibit nude sunbathing as such, but public indecency can be penalised, and national park rules ban walking on the dunes and entering closed areas.
Naturism at Plaża naturystów. Naga plaża sits under Poland's rules for traditional tolerance — custom more than statute.
