About Dalan Beach (Zvërnec)
Dalan Beach lies on the narrow sand spit between the Narta Lagoon and the Adriatic near Zvërnec, north of Vlorë. Its remoteness has made it popular with foreign naturists, but local authorities have banned camping because the protected area has no facilities, and the area is patrolled at night. Swimming at neighbouring Porto Novo is forbidden as dangerous. Visit by day, bring everything you need and take all rubbish away.
This Albania naturist beach is a clothing-optional place in a private resort setting. Families are welcome.
Legal context
Naturism at Dalan Beach (Zvërnec) sits under Albania's rules for private property — the operator sets clothing-optional policy within their licence.
